Luxury houses in contemporary styles have seen a resurgence in metropolitan areas and suburbs. Based on the 1920s Modern Movement and expanded over the years, today's designs also include transitional styles which blend some traditional elements with modern with pleasing results. Not every property is ideal for a modern design and the same is so for certain historical period styles.
